A Letter To:

Business Owners- Village of Hawk Run Hollow-North West Florida Division

cc: Hawk Run Hollow Home Owners Association-North West Florida Division

Dear Business Owners

It is my duty to inform you that construction on the properties of the project known as the Village of Hawk Run Hollow will be delayed indefinitely as my attentions are currently focused on a new development, you may have heard of it, Shores of Hawk Run Hollow (see picture above). Acquistion of this new project is an absolute must.
After seeing my diligence and continued hard work on another coastal property, 13th Colony Bay, the people of the Shores know I am just the person to develop their property in a timely manner.
I am sending a copy of this letter to the HRHHOA. To ease their minds I want them to know that we here at Melissa's Construction From the Hoop consider their comforts and needs a priority.
There are nearby businesses just outside the Hawk Run Hollow community that can offer the same services as those in the planned Village. Instead of Opal's Boarding House we can offer the services of a big chain hotel. Sure it's not as cozy as Opal's but it does have a waterfront view.

Since the big chain hotel doesn't offer the home cooked meals that are offered at Opal's we highly recommend a local restaurant with down home cookin'. The country fried steak is a must. There's a McDonald's next door for breakfast and also if gourmet coffee suits your taste buds there's a little coffee stand right next to the hotel.

For life's little necessities the local grocery chain offers the discriminating shopper every thing she could need. There's also a Publix within walking distance and I recommend their eclairs.

So you see the delayed construction should prove to be no inconvenience to the residents of Hawk Run Hollow and should help boost the local economy.
As soon as construction on the Shores of Hawk Run Hollow is completed my plans are to direct all my attention on completing the construction of the Village of Hawk Run Hollow.
Sincerely
Melissa

A Letter From:

The Houses of Hawk Run Hollow Home Owners Association

To: Melissa

Re: Village of Hawk Run Hollow

Dear Melissa

In August 2007 you declared your intentions to start development on the North West Florida division of the Village of Hawk Run Hollow township.

Even though we approved your site plan, your choice of materials, we did so against our better judgement. We, the residents of the North West Florida division of Hawk Run Hollow, spent the better part of 2006 at your mercy, living with half completed houses, no electricity and a holiday season that appeared to be anything but festive.

You assured us that you would stay focused on the job at hand. Our Village would be completed in a timely manner. Here it is, the fall/winter holiday season and where, I ask you are our relatives supposed to stay over the Yuletide season? The whole community has been anticipating the completion of Opal's Boarding House. But no, due to your continued delays, the neighborhood will be suffering from overcrowded homes, inlaws, outlaws, cousins, nephews and nieces. Where are we supposed to put them all?

We need our City Hall. Hawk Run Hollow needs some form of government. Are you aware that the people in Lot 6 have not removed the Grinch statue from last Christmas? There is no control, we are a no man's land with no one to enforce our rules and regulations. How can we force people to keep their RVs, boats, and kids' bikes out of sight if we have no one to help us enforce our covenants? The people in Lot 1 have continually let their grass grow over the designated three inches. Can you believe that? Such disregard for community rules!

On top of that we need our school! Our children are driving us crazy! Please, please, please get that school completed ASAP!

It is our understanding that you have abandoned the development of our town and have been spending a lot of time in the Caribbean on a new community. This will not do. We demand that you cease and desist with the development of that project until we see some progress on our much needed town. We placed our faith in you and once again you have let us down.

We expect to hear from you soon with an update and a solid timeline for completion of the Village of Hawk Run Hollow.

Sincerely

HoHRH HOA

A Letter From:

The Village of Hawk Run Hollow Board of Adjusters
Dear Melissa

We have viewed your site plan for the Northwest Florida version of the Village of Hawk Run Hollow and have determined that your submitted materials of DMC floss and 32ct Vintage linen meet with our approval.

We had put your plans on the back burner because you kept changing your mind regarding the NPI silks threads and the Legacy linen. We found your indecision to be, at the very least, annoying. We could not in good faith approve one plan only to discover a month or so later that you chose completely different materials.

The DMC and 32ct Vintage linen will be fine. Both products have served stitchers well for many years.

We have studied the site plan seen below and other than the mysterious crop circle on plots two, three, five and six we find that your survey seems to be accurate and each square meets the 92x92 stitch requirement. It is our understanding that you are getting to the bottom of the crop circle issue and these findings will not be made public. We only want success for the Northwest Florida Division of the Village. Finding the Village of Hawk Run Hollow published in U.F.O. Sightings magazine would not be positive publicity, and yes we are aware that your planned village is in an area of the country with documented U.F.O. sightings:

The Gulf Breeze, Florida UFOs (Ed Walters), UFO Casebook files

UFO Evidence : Gulf Breeze Sightings

We are writing to inform you that the Northwest Florida Division of the Village of Hawk Run Hollow is absolutely not going to become the next Roswell, NM.

We expect timely updates of your progress and to be notified immediately of any changes you might anticipate to the approved Village plan.

We are watching you.

Sincerely

Village of Hawk Run Hollow
